Melissa grew up in Cambridge, Ontario before moving to Langley to attend Trinity Western University for her bachelor’s in human kinetics. Growing up, Melissa was involved in several sports including gymnastics, figure skating, softball, and horseback riding. However, it was horseback riding that became Melissa’s all-consuming passion and first love. Melissa has experience riding dressage and jumping, both in stadium and cross country.

During her time at Trinity, Melissa was in a weightlifting course which got her instantly hooked. She loved the feeling of empowerment weight training produced as well as the physical results. Since then, Melissa works hard in the gym to consistently improve her form/technique, but also to teach herself new exercises and lifts.

In her final year at Trinity, she not only made the Dean’s list but was the student athletic therapist for the Men’s Volleyball Team. It was during this time that Melissa started understanding the importance of coaching, weight training, and the injury rehabilitation process.

Since graduating in 2020, Melissa has developed a passion for working directly with people and helping them accomplish their goals through personalized fitness. Lan’s passion for massage began when she worked as a medical interpreter. Having witnessed terminal patients gone through grief, fear, loneliness, and desperation, she was determined to make a difference.

Lan graduated in 2015 as RMT from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She is a very intuitive therapist with a strong base of understanding and knowledge of working with the body and mind, to maximize the healing process. She was also a winner of the Registered Massage Therapist’s Association of BC’s 2016 Case Study awards for her research and paper on using Contract-Relax Stretch technique to treat patients with Parkinson’s disease.

Dr. Kelly Morlog attended Queen’s University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Biology and Health Studies. She continued her education at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College to obtain her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. During her time at CMCC, she worked as an emergency responder, personal trainer and athletic trainer for various sports teams. Growing up as a competitive gymnast, Dr. Morlog used chiropractic as a safe and natural way to support her through her training and manage her injuries. Rebecca O’Brien grew up in Langley and Abbotsford. She studied a variety of subjects at the University of the Fraser Valley and graduated from the Graphic Design program before moving to Newfoundland. There she studied Acupuncture at Eastern College in historic downtown St. John’s before moving back to B.C. in 2011.

She uses acupuncture, cupping therapy, Tui Na massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine diet therapy to treat a variety of conditions and help fortify the body’s health.

Acupuncture is a holistic therapy that views a person as a whole being and addresses the root cause of an imbalance in the body. It treats the symptoms as well as the cause. Pain and mobility conditions are often addressed at the same time as stress, sleep, digestion, energy level and immune function issues. Vineeth (VIN) has been practising as a registered physical therapist in Alberta for a few years and recently moved to call Surrey his new home. Vin has a very hands-on approach to treatment. He combines several manual therapy techniques with corrective exercises along with other modalities of treatment. He creates a treatment plan based on each individual’s unique needs to assist them in recovering most safely and effectively.

He focuses on finding the root cause of an issue and works on resolving the root issue. He has worked very closely with top orthopedic and neuro specialists and surgeons, which has given him the leverage to understand Musculoskeletal issues much more deeply. Apart from musculoskeletal, he likes to work with cardiopulmonary (COPD/ASTHMA ) patients – treating breathlessness, and finding the baselines and exercise prescriptions to improve their QOL.
